In order to make a booking you will need to provide details of your name, school, email address and further information such as year group. Your details will be used only in relation to your booking, which will include sending you an email to reserve and acknowledge your booking and may include further communication regarding specific requirements or any changes.

When you make a booking your email address is retained solely in order to provide you with information regarding the service, for example, updating the password for the booking calendar, if required.
